Maj Megan MURTISHAW, 388th Maintenance Squadron Commander presents a certificate to Senior Airman Jared Timmons, also with the 388th MXS, indicating that he is a SOAR scholarship recipient. Timmons will attend the University of Utah this fall and is one of eight people to receive a SOAR scholarship this year.
