F-35A Combat Capabilities Exercise
Senior Airman Nathan West and Staff Sgt. Leslie Blackstock, both with the 4th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, participate in the 388th Fighter Wing Combat Capabilities exercise Feb 26 at Hill AFB, Utah. The exercise is designed to simulate environments as close to combat as possible. This is the first time the 388th Fighter Wing’s combined 4th Fighter Squadron and 4th AMU have participated in this type of exercise with the F-35A.
