UTA offers free rides to Hill AFB employees

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Utah Transit Authority will offer a free week of transit to Hill AFB employees Sept. 8-12.

The offer is valid only on the FrontRunner, and bus routes 664 and 665 to and from the Clearfield FrontRunner Station and Hill AFB. Base employees only need to show their government issued ID and ride for free.

Hill AFB employees are encouraged to take advantage of mass transportation to help reduce traffic congestion and air pollution.

Employees are eligible to participate for the Federal Transportation Benefit program, which currently provides a maximum benefit incentive of $130 a month.
