Pilots and maintainers from the 421st Fighter Squadron and 421st Fighter Generation Squadron, gathered Monday to celebrate the squadron's new dedicated crew chiefs during a ceremony. A dedicated crew chief is a job description, not an Air Force specialty code. These Airmen are responsible for providing combat ready airmen to the squadron.
