Top 3 award goes to 388th MXS Airman

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Airman 1st Class William H. O'Quinn was recently voted as the Top 3's Superior Performer winner.

O'Quinn is a munitions stockpile management technician assigned to the 388th Maintenance Squadron. His exceptional accomplishments include 72 facility inspections, which directly contributed to the security of Hill AFB’s critical assets and attaining an exceptional 91 percent on his end of course exam, garnering him 388th Maintenance Group commander recognition.

He has been in the Air Force for 11 months and assigned to Hill AFB for 6 months. He was born and raised in Eglin, South Carolina, where his parents and five sisters still call their hometown.

When Q'Quinn is not managing munitions, he is enjoying hiking, camping and hanging with his friends.
