Phillips (right) assumed command of the 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron during a change of command ceremony June 22 at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.As the 388th AMXS commander, Philips' primary mission is to lead a Total Force Integration unit of more than 700 people in conducting equipment maintenance to generate, launch and recover F-16CM and F-35 aircraft valued at more than $4.6 billion.
