SENIOR AIRMAN LUTHER VUE

Senior Airman Luther Vue serves as an Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician for the F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team, operating from the 388th Fighter Wing at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The team's mission is to exhibit the exceptional aerial capabilities of the Air Force's premier 5th generation multi-role stealth fighter aircraft while honoring Air Force heritage through formation flights. In his role, SrA Vue maintains critical responsibility for all scheduled maintenance and safety inspections of F-35A pilot flight gear, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards throughout the airshow season.

Senior Airman Vue enlisted in the United States Air Force in February 2020. A native of Fresno in California's Central Valley, he began his military career at Dover Air Force Base, supporting operations for C-17 Globemaster III and C-5 Galaxy aircraft. Currently stationed at Hill Air Force Base for his second duty assignment, SrA Vue has deployed in support of F-35A Lightning II operations and continues to enhance his technical proficiency as an Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician for the demonstration team.

2017 - Fresno City College, Associates of Science in Criminology.

2020 - Aircrew Flight Equipment Technical School, Sheppard AFB, Texas.
